Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern the contractual relationship between:

  • sendpage.io, sendpage.io, a platform jointly published by Mr Léo Rigaudière, sole trader (SIREN 982 172 165, 9 Quéraud, 23480 Ars, France), and by All-In Tech (SASU, SIRET 984 345 363 00019), acting together as joint publishers, hereinafter together "sendpage.io", "we" or "the Platform"
  • Any individual or legal entity subscribing to the services offered, hereinafter "the User" or "you"

Any purchase of credits, any subscription, any purchase of a sendpage Academy product or any use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. They are available at all times on the site and prevail over any other conditions.

Article 2 — Description of services

sendpage.io is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for creating and publishing one-page websites for local professionals and tradespeople.

Services include but are not limited to:

  • Creation of one-page websites via a guided form
  • Hosting of created websites on sendpage.io infrastructure
  • Activation of subdomains (*.sendpage.io) and custom domains
  • Payment collection on behalf of third parties via Stripe Connect
  • AI-assisted content generation and optimization
  • Dashboard for managing sites and payments

Article 3 — Credit packs

Users who create sites for their clients buy credit packs. One credit allows one site to be generated. The available packs, their price including all taxes and the corresponding number of credits are shown before payment. Credits have no expiry date; they are neither refundable, transferable nor convertible into cash. Hosting of the sites created is included, with no time limit, subject to these Terms; demonstration sites created through the API follow the rules of article 9.

Every pack purchase includes automatic renewal of that pack: as soon as the User's credit balance reaches zero, the last pack purchased is bought again automatically, at the price then applicable to that pack, and charged to the payment method used for the purchase, which Stripe keeps for this sole purpose. This condition is stated on the purchase screen, before any payment. The credits bought are added to the balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.

If the charge fails, automatic renewal is suspended and no further attempt is made on the same payment method. It resumes with the next pack purchase, which records the card used for that purchase.

Stopping automatic renewal: simply click “Turn off auto renewal” in the Credits tab of the account settings, then confirm: renewal stops immediately. The User may also write to us at contact@sendpage.io from the email address associated with the account; renewal is then stopped within two (2) business days of receiving the request. In both cases, the saved card is removed, credits already acquired remain usable and the sites created remain hosted. Any new pack purchase restores automatic renewal, as stated on the purchase screen.

Prices are in euros, including all taxes. sendpage.io may change pack prices at any time; the new price applies to purchases made after its publication and, for an automatic renewal already in place, after notice by email at least thirty (30) days in advance. sendpage Academy products (script packs, video courses) are sold individually, as one-off payments, at a price including taxes shown at the time of purchase; payment is collected by All-In Tech, both co-publishers remaining jointly liable under these Terms.

Article 3 bis — Subscriptions

sendpage.io no longer offers subscriptions to Users who create sites for their clients. Two plans are still offered as subscriptions: the Solo plan, for a person creating their own site (€19 incl. tax per month: one showcase site, AI generation, custom domain, email support), paid monthly or yearly (twelve monthly payments made at once, with no discount), and the Pro subscription taken out during a sendpage Academy purchase journey, described below. Pro, Business and Agency subscriptions taken out before 7 September 2026 continue under the conditions in force when they were taken out, until they are cancelled. Any change to the price of an ongoing subscription is notified by email at least thirty (30) days before it applies, from the following renewal.

Activating the trial constitutes subscription to a monthly Pro service subscription, at the rate of €29 incl. tax per month, together with a free trial period of 7 days. The first charge occurs at the end of the trial period, on the date stated at activation and subsequently reminded by email. The subscription may be cancelled free of charge, online and at any time during the trial period; no amount is then due.

At the end of the trial period, the subscription is due for the current month. It is tacitly renewed each month for an identical term; the customer may cancel online at any time from their account, cancellation taking effect at the end of the current month, free of charge and without penalty. Annual subscriptions taken out before 31 August 2026 remain governed by the terms applicable when they were taken out, including the prior notice before each expiry date provided for by Article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code.

By activating the trial, the customer expressly requests immediate performance of the service and acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal under the conditions of Articles L.221-25 and L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

The date and time of activation, the version of the information displayed on screen, the amount and charge date communicated, as well as the sending of the confirmation and reminder emails, are timestamped and retained as evidence.

Article 4 — Subscription and contract formation

Credit packs are purchased and subscriptions taken out online via the Platform. The process is as follows:

  1. Creation of a user account (email + password)
  2. Choice of a credit pack or, for the Solo plan, a subscription
  3. Entry of payment details via Stripe
  4. Payment confirmation, then immediate addition of the credits or immediate activation of the plan

The contract is deemed formed on the date the payment is confirmed by Stripe.

Article 4 bis — Purchase and management of domain names

In addition to its services, sendpage.io offers the purchase of domain names directly from the interface. sendpage acts as a technical intermediary: registration is carried out with an accredited registrar (OVHcloud SAS). The following conditions apply to this optional service:

  • Registrant: the User (or their end client) is the legal registrant and owner of the domain name. They undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date identification details and to comply with the rules of the relevant registry.
  • Price and payment: the price shown includes all taxes. It is payable in advance, in a single payment, for a period of one (1) year.
  • Eligibility: some extensions impose eligibility conditions. For a .fr domain, the registrant must be established or resident in the European Union (or Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), in accordance with AFNIC rules. The User certifies that they meet these conditions.
  • Verification (generic extensions): for generic extensions (.com, etc.), ICANN requires validation of the registrant's email address within fifteen (15) days, failing which the domain is suspended.
  • Right of withdrawal: as the domain name is digital content supplied and performed immediately at the User's express request, the User waives their right of withdrawal. Once the domain is registered, the fees are non-refundable.
  • Registration failure: if registration does not succeed (unavailability, registry refusal), the full amount paid is automatically refunded.
  • Renewal: the domain name is renewed every year. About sixty (60) days before expiry, an email tells the User the renewal amount and the charge date. This amount is charged to the payment method recorded at purchase, no earlier than thirty (30) days before expiry and no earlier than fourteen (14) days after that email is sent. To stop the renewal, the User replies to that email or writes to contact@sendpage.io before the charge date. If the charge fails, further attempts are made until expiry; without payment, the domain name is not renewed.
  • Portability: the User may at any time request the authentication code (auth-info) to transfer their domain name to another provider. The domain remains their property.
  • Expiration: failing renewal, the domain name expires according to registry rules and the associated site automatically falls back to its sendpage.io subdomain. sendpage cannot be held liable for the loss of a domain name resulting from failure to renew or from inaccurate information.

Article 5 — Payment methods

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a licensed payment service provider. sendpage.io does not collect, store, or have access to Users' banking data.

Credit packs are paid in a single payment at purchase; automatic renewals (Article 3) are then charged to the recorded card, with no further action from the User. Subscriptions are charged automatically at each monthly or yearly renewal. If a subscription charge fails, Stripe may make further attempts; if the situation is not regularised, access to paid features is suspended.

The User updates their billing details from their dashboard. To change the card used for the automatic renewal of credits, they simply buy a pack with the new card.

Article 6 — Transactions via Stripe Connect

No commission is charged by sendpage.io on transactions collected via payment links created on the Platform. The full amount collected (excluding Stripe fees) goes to the User.

Stripe processing fees (percentage + fixed amount per transaction) are always borne by the User, regardless of the subscribed plan.

Article 7 — Stripe Connect and third-party payment collection

sendpage.io allows Users to collect payments from their own clients via Stripe Connect (Standard). The User connects their own Stripe account to the Platform via Stripe's Hosted Onboarding process.

The User is solely responsible for their Stripe Connect account, its regulatory compliance (KYC, tax obligations) and the commercial relationship with their end clients. sendpage.io acts solely as a technical intermediary facilitating the creation of payment links.

Funds are paid directly to the User's Stripe account, according to Stripe's payout terms and conditions.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, who has waived their right of withdrawal.

Regarding credit packs and sendpage subscriptions, including those taken out during a sendpage Academy journey: by confirming payment, the User expressly requests immediate performance of the service (credits usable and plan active upon payment) and acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal. Automatic renewal of credits can be stopped under Article 3, and subscriptions cancelled under Article 9.

As regards sendpage Academy products (script packs, video courses), which constitute digital content supplied without a tangible medium and accessible immediately: by ticking the box accepting these ToS at the time of payment, the User (i) expressly requests that access to the content be provided immediately, (ii) acknowledges that performance of the contract begins upon validation of payment, and (iii) expressly waives their fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal. Consequently, in accordance with Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, these products are not refundable once access has been opened. The date and time of this acceptance are timestamped and retained as evidence.

Article 9 — Term, termination and deletion of sites

Credit packs have no term: credits remain usable and the sites created remain hosted with no time limit, unless the account is terminated by sendpage.io in the cases below, and except for demonstration sites created through the API, whose hosting period is set out below. Subscriptions are taken out for an indefinite term, with monthly or yearly billing periods.

Cancelling a subscription: the User may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard, at no cost or penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to paid features is maintained until then. No pro rata refund is made. An account that has bought at least one credit pack keeps its access after its subscription ends.

Cancellation by sendpage.io: sendpage.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account, without notice or compensation, in case of:

  • Violation of these ToS
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of the Platform
  • Publication of manifestly unlawful content
  • Non-payment after reminders

Offline sites and deletion: when a subscription ends and the account has never bought a credit pack, the User's sites are taken offline: they are no longer publicly accessible, are kept, and become accessible again as soon as a subscription is taken out or a credit pack is bought. sendpage.io may then permanently delete these sites and their content, after informing the User by email at least seven (7) days before deletion. Sites of an account that has never made any payment may be deleted without notice. Any deletion is permanent. Sites created through the sendpage.io API from 24 September 2026 are demonstration sites: they remain online for fourteen (14) days after their creation, are then taken offline for seven (7) days, during which they are kept, and are then permanently deleted, unless the User has kept them beforehand. Keeping a demonstration site, requested through the API, costs one (1) credit and makes it hosted with no time limit; it is free when the User's client pays the invoice for that site through the Platform. The offline and deletion dates are provided by the API as soon as the site is created. The credit used for creation is not refunded upon deletion. Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 bis — Tacit renewal and annual information

Subscriptions paid annually are renewed by tacit renewal for successive periods of one (1) year, at the rate then in force, unless cancelled by the User before the expiry date.

In accordance with Article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code, sendpage.io informs the consumer User by email, at the earliest three (3) months and at the latest one (1) month before the end of the current period, of their option not to renew the contract. Failing receipt of that information within that period, the User may terminate the contract free of charge at any time from the renewal date; sums paid after that date are refunded to them.

In accordance with Article L.215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code, cancellation may be carried out online from the dashboard, by a process as simple as that used to subscribe.

Article 10 — User obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
  • Not use the Platform for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public morals
  • Not publish content infringing on third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, defamation)
  • Not attempt to circumvent the technical limitations of their plan
  • Comply with applicable French and European legislation

Article 11 — Availability and maintenance

sendpage.io strives to keep the Platform accessible 24/7. However, access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or in case of force majeure, without giving rise to compensation.

sendpage.io will inform Users as far as possible of any scheduled maintenance likely to affect service availability.

Article 12 — Limitation of liability

sendpage.io acts as a host within the meaning of Article 6-I-2 of French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN).

sendpage.io cannot be held liable for:

  • Content published by Users on sites created via the Platform
  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform
  • Loss of revenue, data, or profits, even if sendpage.io has been informed of the possibility of such damages
  • Failures, interruptions or unavailability of third-party services (Stripe, Convex, Vercel, Cloudinary)
  • Inaccuracy of information published by Users

In any event, sendpage.io's total liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the User during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Article 13 — Force majeure

sendpage.io shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, telecommunications network failures, infrastructure provider outages (Vercel, AWS, Stripe), governmental or regulatory decisions.

Article 14 — Personal data

The methods of collection and processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these ToS.

Article 15 — Mediation and dispute resolution

In case of dispute, the User is invited to contact sendpage.io at contact@sendpage.io to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer User has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of the dispute.

Article 16 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after failure of any attempt at amicable resolution or mediation, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable territorial jurisdiction rules.

Article 17 — Modifications to the ToS

sendpage.io reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users with an active subscription or an automatic credit renewal are informed by email of any substantial change at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the services after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
